DMG can also be used to increase stamina and when fed in combination with PEAK STAMINA oxygen levels in the blood are increased as well as delay of lactic acid build-up, and the horse can therefore perform at its best for longer.
Notes on Muscular Energy
The basic source of energy for the muscles of all animals is the conversion of the energy rich molecule ATP (adenosine triphosphate) to ADP (adenosine diphosphate). Two types of metabolic action produce this energy conversion process; Aerobic Energy Production (that requires oxygen) and Anaerobic Energy Production (that requires no oxygen). There are two anaerobic processes:
- The Phosphagen system produces ATP with no harmful bi-products;
- The Glycolysis system produces a bi-product in the form of lactic acid. Lactic acid builds up in the cells and inhibits production of ATP. This can prevent a horse from performing with maximum stamina. DMG facilitates the delay of lactic acid build-up.

Improve Performance and Recovery with DMG for horses - A Natural Derivative of Glycine
Dmg, also known as Dimethylglycine, is a supplement used in racehorses. DMG for horses can improve the horse's overall performance and athleticism. Use DMG for horses to get a healthier way of recovery. A natural derivative of the amino acid glycine, Dimethylglycine can prevent muscle fatigue in racing animals by transporting oxygen that breaks down glycogen to fuel the ATP cycle. Animal studies have shown that dimethylglycine may benefit animals with certain conditions such as immune, cardiovascular and metabolic disorders. Dimethylglycine has no known drug interactions and no risk factors have been identified for this supplement. However, it's important to know what vitamins, herbal therapies and other supplements you are giving your horse so that you can ask your vet about any medications to see if they are safe for your horse. For safety reasons, DMG should generally be stored in a cool, dry place away from light and children.
